1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of food and perishable items, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong product, quantity, or variant.
- The item was damaged or spoiled upon delivery.
- The product was expired or defective at the time of opening (for packaged goods only).
- You received a product that was not included in your confirmed order.
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you encounter any issues, please follow these steps promptly:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

- Include the following details:
- Order ID
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
- Our team will respond within 1 business day with the next steps.
If approved, we will arrange a pickup or return drop-off and process a replacement or credit note based on availability and your preference.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fresh produce not reported within the 24-hour window
- Opened or used items (unless defective)
- Custom-made or specially processed items
- Products returned without prior authorization
4. Refunds & Credits
- If a replacement is not available, we will issue a credit note or refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
- Franchise partners may opt to apply credits in their next billing cycle.
